Micki Schnieder

The mountain lifestyle and skiing are what originally brought Micki to the Vail Valley.  What was supposed to have been a winter in the mountains ended up as a 20 year vacation of sorts and a new home, as seems to be the case with most locals.

Micki has spent her entire Vail career working in the customer service industry.  Twenty years ago, she started working at various hotels, the Vail Chamber and Tourism Bureau and finally working at the Arrowhead Alpine Club and Vail Resorts for 5 years as the Membership Manager and Fitness Director.  Her love for the outdoors, her customer service skills and her knowledge of the Vail Valley finally led her out of the office to start a business with husband John Lee.

Micki's landscaping education originated with a well-known Vail Valley landscaping company, Strictly Flowers, and their customers, including the Eagle Springs golf course, where professionalism and expertise is a continual expectation.  Throughout her 20 years she has been entrusted with watching over the homes of locals and second homeowners, through which she has gained the experience to make a business of it.

John Lee

John has been a long time local to the Vail Valley, moving here in 1993.  He has lived and worked throughout the area for the last 20 years.  The first several years in the valley, John ended up in flight school and worked his way up to the ranks of Captain with United Airlines.  Although he loves flying, the lifestyle of being on the road made him realize that home, in the Vail Valley, is where he wanted to spend his time.

As John grew up in a family of appraisers and realtors, he knows clients' needs and what they expect.  John loves Vail's sense of community and knows the importance of having a property manager that you can trust and depend on while you are away.
